About Orders
Q: Do you only supply to companies or do you also supply to individuals?
We specialize in business-to-business orders and do not retail directly to consumers. For each unique order, we dedicate a team, resources and time to produce quality logos (or marketing products).
If you are in need of a single retail product, we recommend that you contact other retail platforms that specialize in smaller orders or direct-to-consumer products.
Q: How do I get an individual quote?
If you are considering a new marketing product, logo or brand development strategy proposal and would like a non-binding quote, the fastest way is to email bowen@gd-rm.com.
Q: Can you produce customizations upon request?
We understand that every project is different and that every project requires a unique solution. With our strong customization capabilities, we can easily implement your design. Send us your requirements and get a free quote today!
Q:What are your minimum order quantities?
We realize that the number of fixtures needed for each project is not certain. We can manufacture as many as you need. There is no minimum quantity required. Of course, prices are better for larger quantities.
Repairs and Returns
Q: What can I do if I have a problem with my sign? For example, it blinks or is only partially illuminated.
We are sorry to hear that your signage is malfunctioning. Many problems are due to transformers that have reached the end of their useful life. Our first recommendation is to check and determine if a replacement transformer is effective. To do this, you will need to check the transformer specification manual. On the transformer’s labeling, you can see the requirements (e.g. 12V/3A).
Please note that we can only guarantee the safety of the label when using an original transformer.
Q: Can I order spare parts?
Yes, we have spare parts in stock for regular parts, custom parts take some time to customize.
Q: What can I do if the signage is out of warranty and partially out of order?
If your product is out of warranty for two years, we recommend that you do not replace parts other than the transformer. When replacing a transformer, always make sure that the transformer you purchase meets the requirements of the sign.
Q: How do I dispose of or recycle a product or marking that has reached its end-of-life?
We are in the process of developing a comprehensive recycling program as we aim to promote a circular economy and minimize our emissions as well as those of our customers and partners.
In the meantime, please check your country for specific recycling points and appliance recycling units.

Q: Do you deliver worldwide?
We have an international network of partners and suppliers that can provide shipping solutions anywhere in the world.
Q: How long does delivery take?
Our team of project managers work with in-house logistics experts and delivery partners to ensure that your products arrive as quickly as possible in the safest and most cost-effective manner. Exact delivery times will vary and depend on a number of factors (seasonality, routes, delivery quantities and transportation methods). Please contact us with your specific requirements for an estimated time.
Q: What is my order turnaround time?
Typically, our production time is 7-15 days. For larger quantities or special requests, it may take a little longer. This time does not include shipping time, which can range from 5-30 days depending on your country and different shipping methods. We also accept expedited orders, please contact our team and we will check the exact time for you according to your requirements.
